St. John Paul College School Library

Shelving, seating and table layout for this new library was completed with Raeco consultants and designers, remotely via Zoom.

During virtual consultations, product options were uploaded into Raeco’s free floorplan rendering software R-ex. By sharing screens, customers could discuss and direct furniture placement in collaboration with Raeco.

R-ex floorplanner software enables fabric choices to be applied to furniture models. This enables customers to visualize the exact look, feel [and layout] before committing.

Further Zoom conferences resulted in customer approving floorplan and products and overall layout.

The space features a number of study and collaborative zones. These have been formed by fabric and furniture selections. Australian made steel Linea shelving bays, with a lifetime warranty have been included throughout both levels of the library.

Face out display has been generously used across all Bay End Panels and on walls with the inclusion of Hero Book display discs.

Pebble ottomans placed across the library encourage browsing and enable students to create their own spaces.

All seating and tables selected include a 10 year warranty and are manufactured in Australia. Fabric selections are rated “Heavy Commercial”
